Have a leak coming from my bathroom into my ceiling in my kitchen. On Friday 8/7, a handyman (Mike V) came out to repair. I was charged 98 dollars an hour to fix the leak and still have the leak. Shortly after he left, we took a shower and it was still leaking. I called and left him a voicemail as well as e-mailed him. No response. Then I finally called the company because he never responded to me. He came out that night to look at it and said he doesn't think that it was that but the tile in my bathroom. I told him I didn't think it was from the tile and he put up water guards anyways and it is still leaking. He left and didn't say anything to me.
