I own and operate Mr. Handyman of Louisville. It appears that the old saying is true. Make someone happy and they tell a couple of friends. Make someone unhappy and they shout it to everyone.
1. Suburban Handyman is not part of our franchise.
2. Every owner that I know is always concerned about resolving issues. It is impossible to own a business and not have issues.
